I haven't but I do have a Thompson DHD4000 which I am pleased with. I
have upgraded the harddrive from 40Gb to 120Gb which was quite easy
once into the box.

This model is sensitive to cooling so no enclosed cabinets for it.
The 14 day EPG is a nice touch though.

I have had two now (the previous one was a different manufacturer
(not Sagem) and it died within a month). The interface design is
almost identical although the Thompson is better. It's the little
touches that matter like pressing stop then play again and it starts
off where it stopped. Not all are born equal in these areas.

Currently seems to be available for around 170 on the web (might be
plus VAT?).
