Hi keith,

That all sounds like a good idea. A touch screen system that didn't
need a PC would be great as Ake pointed out in a earlier message.

The only downside of the uVGA is that the graphics and text are rather
old fashioned. Would look more like the old BBC Micro type displays.
Not a bad thing in itself but if you look at some of the commercial
devices out there, the 3D look is much nicer.

I think the Redradio touch screens will be cool when they come up with
a quarter VGA version as you can then use C/C++, VB, etc to create
your interface with only a single PC supplying up to 8 touch screens.
