Yes, a new hardwood floor is going down in the room which connects via
underground pipes to the outhouse. Once that is done, that's it
really (although if we *had* to add more cabling, rainwater pipes
taking cabling down from the loft and then into the outhouse via
another route is something we have talked about).

At this stage it's very unlikely we'll be able to make use of the
heat.

Thanks for your help so far Nigel, it's been great, but could I push
you (or someone) to maybe suggest an actual product to achieve this?
It's really not something I understand so I'd have trouble explaining
to the builders! If I can say "here, something like <point at
tlc-direct page>" that'd be great!
