This is very similar to the BOB3 on Milford Instruments website. Uses
the same Mitsubishi OSD chip.

Note that you only get it in colour when you have no video input and
displaying using the built in sync generator, otherwise the display is
always gray scale over your video picture.

Great for time stamping and other information on security cameras.
