Thanks for the pointer. That particular device won't do what I want,
however
there is another by the same supplier that would appear to be made for the
job. All I need to do now is try and work out the cable sizes for the
voltage losses, oh and the cable routing, and putting the cable in and
.....
And the rest of the house!
