RE: [OT] HCI
This was discussed a few months back - more popular in the public sector,
but picking up steam everywhere now as it's offered as part of an incentive
package. Basically a tax-exempt way to purchase PCs via your employer.

I'm wondering what HCI in that sense is... I do HCI, Human Computer
Interaction... but I've never heard of Home Computer Initiative before.
Is this just something by your employers or some government scheme?
