OT: (maybe) IPTABLEs and MSN

This might be off topic, but once I got it working I'm going to
integrate the commands into MrHouse (if I have time).

I've been trying to block MSN with IPTABLEs but whatever I do it seems
to get through. Want to control my teenagers access to this waste of
time by blocking it at certain times. Their machines use NAT via my
Linux machine to get to web. When I look on the web there are loads of
ideas but none seem to work. It appears that once MSN sees port 1863 is
blocked it reroutes via port 80. Any serious help/suggestions
appreciated or maybe I just put their PCs up for sale :-)
regards, robin
