I've been looking at various options, and eventually settled on
Showshifter, whos user interface was the nicest and all the EPG/PVR
functions worked as desired on my Hauppage DVB-T card.
Its not free, but you gets what you pays for as they say.
Im also now running a Nokia DBox2 to stream my cable channels over my
wireless network and provide a rudementary PVR.
