The problem may be specific to your Nildram connection without being
anything to do with Nildram themselves, eg. your nildram IP (or a block
containing it) has found its way onto some sort of blacklist at the
hosting company's end. This is what I suspect caused my ttales.net
problem, and it sounds like Tim experienced something similar.
Probably worth emailing both Nildram and whoever's responsible for the
website (explaining what you've done to eliminate a problem at your end,
so you don't get fobbed off with the inevitable "check your browser
config") and seeing where that gets you.
