I recently 3 WAG's from ebuyer, the last a fortnight ago. I'm hoping I can
get that one at least returned for refund as it is clearly unfit for
purpose
although I expect to have the usually headaches with an internet-only
support system. If I can get any more returned then that will be an
unexpected bonus. From now on I've decided to standardise on Draytek
hardware for exactly the same reasons as you and have 2 or 3 recommended
suppliers who are all selling at a similar price. Anyway thanks again to
everyone who responded with their recommendations, it's been great to get
some useful leads.

I had exactly the same problem - with exactly the same router. Fortunately
the nice people at www.broadbandbuyer.co.uk let me return it for exchange
after 4 months! They were as cheap as anywhere, have fantastic phone
support and an owners hardware forum, so you can check what is being said
about kit by owners before you buy (already saved me from buying 2 white
elephants). Can't recommend highly enough.
No connection etc.just a happy shopper.
Tim.
BTW the experience has made me much tougher with my family/friends who
depend on me for free, unlimited tech support. If they want wireless
broadband I now tell them to buy a Vigor 2600G from BBB or they are on
their
own. 4 sales and counting!
