Usefull USB over cat5 extender

Hi All,
Just noticed these on the CPC site
CS1172505
They are an unbranded version of the USB1.1 over cat5 ( 45m!) extenders
that I use for my redrats and DiNovo hub.
They are normally about 60 pounds, but on CPC are npw 30 pounds, which
makes them much more viable.
Anyone know of any other alternative ways of achieving this?
