whole shebang out in one go, or if it can be rotated on the spot with
access from the side.

I have a 600x600 rack, and I'm wishing I'd bought an 800x800 one! (Less
depth is ok so long as there is room for wiring behind, but it does
restrict your choice of rackmount pc cases somewhat).
