Thanks David. I don't have any wiring at all at the moment, so star wiring
is no problem; presumably that just means that each light - or set of
lights- that need individual control are wired directly back to a single
point, rather than connected in serial?
It certainly look fairly good value compared to other systems, I think I'll
do some more digging.

These guys have been around in the USA for a long time, but their new
product looks much better than the USA one. It would have to be, to
meet CE. The old system was a bunch of Crydom SSRs with no supression.
There is a simple protocol to control these things too.
As its a centralised system, you need to have star wired lighting
circuits to make it work.
I like (and continue to like) the CentraLite system.
