I did exactly this and just followed the colour coding on the patch panel
with the wires and used the same colour codes at the ADSL faceplate.  See

I've looked through the archives and cannot find what I'm looking for. I
want to wire up the BT phones to the patch panel.

Ill send it to one port on the patch panel and cascade that wiring to the
next 7 ports.

So, what I cannot find is : connections 2,3, and 5 from the BACK (not the
front of the faceplate) of the master socket go to WHICH ports on the
patch
panel ? ie does "2" from the internal connection of the BT master
socket
go
to Orange/White on the patch panel ? The panels are all 568B. I dont want
any sockets on this cables it will be kroned directly at both ends.

Thanks - save me from a migrane !
