Mark,

My experience was similar to Patrick's. Fortunately, although the whole
process took around 6 to 8 weeks (with hours [not joking here] on the phone
to BT), I only lost my ADSL for 4 or 5 days. I was finally able to
re-order
from Zen on the same day that the BT ADSL "went dead" and I was
up and
running with Zen ahead of schedule.

Hmm, not what I wanted to hear :(

We did that when moving from ISDN to ADSL. But this line is our published
Fax line too so we can't really do that this time :(

Thanks

M.
