Yes. It was painful. BT are spectacularly inefficient at processing
the disconnection order - they said it would take at least 8 days to
action, and managed to lose the order twice, so the whole
disconnection process took over a month.=20

Do you only have one analogue line at your business premises? In the
end I ran out of patience with BT and I had the new provider's ADSL
installed on a "spare" line, and terminated the original ADSL
contract
on the primary analogue line independently.
