OT Virus

I have a problem with some sort of virus/spyware that I can't solve.
When I am on the Internet, my machine is constantly sending info out on the
web, even if I quit Explorer and Outlook it just keeps chugging away.
I have tried Spybot and AdAware which can't spot anything.
