Small HTPC

Looking to put together a small HTPC, its basically going to be a
music/video server. It will host all my Music and video files, serving the
music to the amp using Itunes, so must have a TV out, also will us it to
view pictures. It may also host Homeseer.

I had looked at the EPIA M10000 with a suitable case. Has anyone used this
board or have any other recommendations ?
