Not at all - that's an absolutely fair comment - and ukha-ers should not
refrain from speaking their minds (not that they normally do!) if they are
not happy with the service they get from any of the rest of us -  after
all, you would not refrain from warning ppl about some dodgy
"outsider"
company...so of course you would like recommendations/warnings.
