I'm writing a bog standard WinCE Pocket PC App - no MFC or anything
like that.  The idea is that it will just take over and run full
screen (through GAPI).

I'm targetting older hardware (Jornada 520 with SH3 processor), and
so I'm using the PPC SDK 2000, rather than 2002.

I haven't had a chance to do any in depth testing yet - I only got
the xPL communications up and running at the weekend.  It will be a
shame if gets let down by a dodgy OS.
