Congratulations.

I use Eclipse at home, and have nothing but praise for them. (My only
gripe is that they no longer accept Amex, so I no longer earn BA
miles, but that' hardly a major issue).

Some of my clients use Zen, and have found them equally good.

The other ISP about which I regularly hear good things from people I
respect is A&A...


Eclipse charge the same irrespective of whether you got for a fixed or
a dynamic IP address. They even give blocks of 8 (6 usable) for no
extra fee, however if you need such, you will have to fill in a RIPE
form demonstrating a technical NEED. In this case, a NEED means that
you have a technical requirement that CANNOT be solved simply by
putting in a NAT router / firewall, so simply having half a dozen PCs
that want to surf the web isn't good enough.
