<rant>
I have had HUGE problems with my Sky+ and lip synch issues. Sky have
confirmed this to be a current 'feature' of Sky+ :-)
Apparently it is due to "Static build up" and the fix they
give..."Unplug
power, unplug all connections, remove viewing card, faff about, get
stroppy=
,
re-connect in the reverse of removal, shout at SWMBO" does solve the
proble=
m
for a few days/weeks (Varies) for me.
I am currently demanding a replacement box but currently am having little
luck due to having little time for perseverance! :-(
Added to this I constantly receive stroppy letters from Sky saying my boxes
are not connected to the phone line. Which they are! In fact I even buy the
odd film which means thy MUST be. This results in me phoning them, spend
minutes explaining the situation yet again, them testing, them finding its
OK............Then back we go again.
I have SO little time for these problems.
</end rant!>

P.S. Tivo's UI is a THOUSAND times better, but alas the image compression
lets it down.
