I've no idea what the DSL-300G+ is, but I know the WRT-54G quite well.  If
the DSL-300G+ provides an Ethernet presentation, then just plug it directly
into the modem port on the WRT-54G using a crossover cable.  The rest is
handled by the WRT-54G.  Plug all your PCs into the other ports or connect
via wireless to get your 'net access.  Bear in mind that your machines will
be vunerable to attack from the wireless interface, so a personal
(software) firewall would be a good idea.
