Dont know if its the best ..maybe ...Why not have a go at xPL ...ITS
FREE....

Like wise some Guys are using xAP  which is also FREE.......
Im sure one of them will be around shortly to give you a few ideas...

For lighting control yes and xPL has a cbus plugin......
