Heating Control

I'm after controlling my heating via a web interface on my home
network. I know what I need to switch the heating on and off with a
low voltage signal (relays etc) and also have some Dallas temp
sensors with a 1 wire Serial adapter.

I need help with interfacing between the computer and the relays on
the cheap, and tieing everything together software wise. I remeber
seeing on the web before a circuit diagram for a simple parallel
interface which controlled relays, but making port lines high or low.

I have no programming experience apart from a small amount of HTML
and Basic. Ideally i want to produce a system which displays
everything through a web interface - the dallas temperature, and
heating. I then want to be able to get the heating to act on the
temperature. Is there any software out there already which will do
this?

Thanks in advance
