I use gradwell for both (more mail hosting than web though). It's not a
combined package, although you do get one "free" domain hosting
with
their developer account, it's implemented as an amount equivalent to the
cost of 1 domain off the hosting, if you take up the option. They are
thoroughly competent and highly professional.
They had some problems with scalability of their email servers recently,
but they have a new mail system in place now, and it's back to the same
old quick and reliable service.
