You Can't upgrade from Pro but you can convert Pro to MCE then upgrade to
the latest version.(but don't tell you know who!) I have a 8 in 1 CD for
windows XP (Home, Pro, Tablet, MCE, .Net Server(web, Standard, Enterprise,
DataCenter)) I just install Pro as normal then tweek XP to which version
and restart the install the extra module for the particular version. With
MCE I'd just install the extra part the enables MCE. All done!

I'm afraid you can't upgrade from Pro, only previous editions of Media
Center.

Add me to that list!

Can I "upgrade" my AV server which is presently XP Pro running
Homeseer, and other bits and pieces to Media addition with no adverse
issues?

Is XP media edition XP+ or is it XP - (with extra media interface?)
