CCTV Issues

Having just read Marks review of his CCTV on automatedhome and having just
taken delivery of Liz's new broom broom car. I've been considering covering
our parking spaces with a camera.
But, I think any camera would also cover some of my neighbours property. I
guess that he has rights to prevent me doing this? (He is an ex Chief
Inspector so I think he will tell me if I do sumin wrong!)
I might have to consider a camera that covers the entire courtyard and make
it available to all for viewing access?
