[OT] (No) Internet Access using a WAP

Hi,

I know I'm a bit OT, but here is my problem :

I try to access the Internet using a wireless card installed on my
laptop and a WAP connected to a LAN.

My XP and the wifi card config software say wifi card OK, signal
strength very good etc. I can ping all known addresses on the LAN
thru the wifi connection, and I get perfect answers (0% loss).

However, when I use the Internet browser, packets are sent OK, but no
packets are received.

It seems as if my Internet browser were not aware of the available
wifi connection...

Anyone any idea ?
