RoadPilot (not sure about Road Angel) only reports on the cameras in the
direction of travel.  My previous Geodesy reported on all cameras,
including
those on the other side of the road, or even on roads running underneath
the
one you might be on.

The thing I found was that it did not take into consideration, the
direction of travel and reported cameras on the opposite side of the
road too.

Not having any of the dedicated units like the Road Angel, I can not
comment on whether they do this too. Anyone care to comment?
