You should wait and see what the winner does before contacting the 2nd
bidder with your offer. Everybody has to start sometime!
I've just had a very successful conclusion from a bidder in Sicily after
stating clearly that I would only ship to UK bidders. His bid was way above
the rest and the postage for 18Kgs to Sicily was more than the bid price.
(I
think he's mad!)
There *are* genuine people out there! :o)
