Power Convertor Units

Hi All,
I have managed to get hold of some kit.
TM751 Appliance Control unit
LM465 Lamp/Appliance Control unit
VR30A Audio Video Receiver
VK62A MP3 Remote with wireless receiver
The problem is that these are US units and neet power invertors for me to
get them to work (or so I believe). Where can I get these from and how to
they work..
