I noticed this on my machine only last week, doing the planner rebuild
didn't sort it, I ended up clearing everything off there and doing a
full reset, hey presto 100% again.

New software now has a defrag option to recover lost space, don't
suppose they could fix the leak in the first place!

Anyway,

Services 4 0 1 select, then sky+  planner rebuild.
