Hi There,

I did the same thing.

Did you however do a completely clean install or did you just attempt
to upgrade?

If you just attempt to upgrade I don't believe it will work, you will
not get the new funcitonality.

I tried useing some tools for altering the registery to say it was a
MCE installation in the first place. In the end I just did a complete
clean down and new install of XPMCE.

If it has worked you should have a desktop icon for The Green Button.

Also at the top of the Start menu as well.

Once you have run the green button, then you can set it to autorun on
startup.
