Sky, Sky+, Freeview

Hi

My Sky+ and second box sub is coming to the end of its one year.

I'm seriously considering dumping it as I just don't get value for money
because we just don't watch all the premium crap etc.

I want more than 4 channels but I think the freeview offerings will give me
what I want (Except the wife likes MTV and The Box).

I also need to retain the ability to record one channel while watching
another. (Two freeview boxes maybe?)

What are my best options? Is the Freeview picture quality on a par with
Sky?
Can I continue to receive my free channels via the Sky box?

Many thanks in advance,

Rob
