Hi,

Can anyone recommend a TV card that allows you to record TV streams onto
your computer like the Tivo.

In addition are there any that enables you to plug an Xbox in and use my
computer monitor as a TV?

I take it a hardware based encoding device is worth the money compared to a
software based device?
