I would suggest something like a bosch holesaw

part number for example 2608584122 (65mm in this case).

Hi All,

Can some advise what type of cutter I would need to cut through
laminate flooring and floorboard to fit LED lighting (diameter the
same as standard LV Halogen ceiling lighting apparently!)
