Going to buy a TV.

Want a good picture and good price .. would help if it didn't look ugly and
was not too large.

Looking for a TV sub =A3400 (cheaper the better really) about a 28"

Pointers and suggestions gratefully appreciated. Plus things that you would
believe should be a requirement on a TV..

Personally I don't think 100Hz to required .. any other thoughts?
