Surely you want the output impedance of the Sky+ box to be sufficiently
*LOW* that when loaded up with 3 x 75ohm loads in parallel it can still
supply sufficent drive voltage? If it has a high impedance then as the load
attached to it drops in resistance (i.e. the load itself requires more
current to drive) then the output voltage will drop.
The output impedance of the Sky+ box *SHOULD* be 75ohms otherwise you would
have an impedance mismatch as an SP/DIF input *SHOULD* be 75ohms too.
You basically have two options...
1) The semi-right way - use something like a 1-in-"n"-out
buffered composite
video splitter, composite video signals are 75 ohms too so the impedances
would match and they seem to do the job. I have used one of the 1-in-6-out
Xantech composite video and stereo audio splitters to do this before and it
worked well.
2) Just try splitting it passively - it'll probably work and costs nothing
to try.
