I've never had any trouble.  I think the level of DOAs and returns is more
down to the original manufacturers, so will be the same whoever you buy
from.  You'll always get some unhappy customers and they're the ones that
will make all the noise, especially net-savvy ones like you get buying
computer parts!

after a bit more research I'm about to push the button on an order for
upgrades similar to that suggested by Ho Yin below ( I pushed the boat out
a
little bit and spent a bit more on the graphics card). Overall, price wise

couldn't beat ebuyer on this occasion.  I've never bought from ebuyer
before
and the level of comments on their site about DOA's and returns frighten me
a bit.  Should I be worried - I know there's a few regular users of ebuyer
on here?
