UKHA DVD burn problems

I'm using Nero to burn the DVD.iso and when it's finished it will
play in the PC in the DVD drive but not in my xBox or DVD player.
They see an empty disc and no disc respectively.

When I look at the disc info in nero there doesn't seem to be an
option to close the disc so I'm assuming it is closed.  I have used
the DVD's to burn some TiVo extracted DivX files and they play fine.

Any ideas why it's not working?
