UK Zwave Announcement
Long Beach 16th November, 2004: ConvergeX, a UK based global leader and
innovator in digital home and smart living solutions, officially announced
a
partnership with Zensys at the EHX Fall 2004 today, to enable property
owners to affordably automate their homes.
ConvergeX showcases a complete smart home platform. Called LivingRoomsT, it
integrates digital home entertainment systems, intelligent home
applications
and information services. It also allows user access and control from a
range of fixed or mobile devices - at home or on the go. The ConvergeX
system is a unique way of controlling Z-Wave enabled wall sconces, shades
and thermostats by using one simple control device, such as the Microsoft
Media Centre remote control. ConvergeX places a particular emphasis on
energy management in the home.
