RJ45 to BT Converters needed !

Can I find these ? No !
I can find plenty of places doing PBX versions - and thats what I already
have. I believe these are causing my problems of echo and quietness. Who's
got these ? and where did you get them from ??
I also assume I need at just one master pstn type on the ring - all the
others being secondary pstn types.
