Re: Running multiple touchscreens from one PC




Hi guys,

There is a huge thread on the cinemar forum about doing exactly this. They
use multi-head graphics - the matrox supports up to 9 touchscreens on 1 pc
with independent display and so does Mainlobby to boot - solution in a box.
Given that you are only likely to be using 1 or 2 of the screens at any one
time a reasonably spec'd server will handle this nicely. There is about 10
pages of discussion on the forum describing the approaches to doing it. I
have just purchased some of the kit to do exactly that. Terminal services
is a nasty way of doing it IMHO.

I'm doing just that (USB to VGA), do a search for see2 in google.

I imported one from provantage and if someone was doing a bulk buy, would
probably buy another.
