Got something I want to reject - not been delivered yet !

Their Ts&Cs state the following. Doesnt the DSA override this ? ie
within=20
my 7 days ? Should their be a "handling fee" at all ?


5. Returns
5.1 If You are a private consumer (as opposed to business user) You may=20
cancel any order made by You via Our website, mail order, e-mail or=20
telephone at any time within 7 days of receipt by You of the Goods. You=20
must notify Us either by e-mail to sales@xxxxxxx or by telephone=20
on telephone number 01206 751166. You must return the products in the same=
=20
condition that they were in when they were despatched to You. The=20
provisions of this clause 5.1 shall not apply in respect of any software=20
which is removed from its original sealed packaging.
5.2 Subject to the provisions of clause 5.1 above, other than Goods=20
returned under Guarantee in accordance with clause 7 or for shortages or=20
damages reasons, returns will require Our Agreement and in any event
will=20
only be accepted in original packaging and a 20% handling charge will=20
apply with a minimum charge of =A32.00. Goods must be returned within 30=20
days of the date of delivery.
5.3 If there are shortages or damages to the Goods occurring in transit,=20
You must notify us within 48 hours from the time of delivery, giving
full=20
details of any such shortages or damages and You must return the Goods
to=20
Us together with all packaging. Within that time all parcels delivered
to=20
You in a damaged condition should be returned to Us forthwith.
5.4 In all cases where the Goods are returned You must quote the
delivery=20
note number.
5.5 Where We accept that there has been a shortage in Goods despatched
or=20
the Goods have been damaged in transit, We shall replace such Goods at the=
=20
previously invoiced price.
5.6 Order Cancellation: Cancellation of an order can only be accepted=20
after prior negotiation and agreement. On no account can cancellation be=20
accepted for items ordered specially by Us on Your behalf.
