Could be useful. Although I've just noticed Screwfix have 10m of 50mm
pump delivery pipe for £25.99 (shame I'm refusing to use them while they
maintain this stupid "go away we've got enough orders for today"
policy...).

I think my backup plan will be to use 40mm waste pipe...

Not a lot of choice there! Has to come out of the house above floor
level, and go below the decking, which is itself below the house floor
level...

Bing! <light goes on> Saying that has reminder me that there's an
unused
tumble drier vent not far from where the cables need to come into the
house... :-)

Hiding it isn't too much of an issue. It'll mostly be out of site below
the deck.

Hmm, yes, good point. That makes me want to use drainpipe all the way...

That could be fun. There's only about a 6" gap at most, underneath the
joists. Maybe it's the excuse I need to get an air nailer (got a plumbed
in compressor in the garage :-)
