I saw this on an American 'Hot Tub' forum
http://www.rticorp.com/products/u1.shtml
Looks interesting
The U1 Remote Control provides a rugged interface option for communicating
with RTI remote control processors.
The U1 was designed for reliable wireless control of audio/video systems
from environments which are too harsh for normal remote controls. It is
completely sealed, making it both waterproof and floating. Whether indoors
or out, the U1 is a perfect companion for hot tubs, pools, bathrooms, and
decks.

waterpad is a bit too rich for me though for this project :( Would be nice
though.
Anyone know of a moisture resistant or fully blown waterproof
IR/Serial/Ethernet controller? Not sure yet whether I will just mount it in
the bathroom on a wall or in the shower.
Paul.
