There aren't any plans to do this - we released the original video and the
new DVD under a licence that allows free distribution and copying etc.
There's no problem with burning copies for others but they shouldn't be
charged for above costs of media and postage etc.

Sorry it took soooo long to get this out - I've been completely swamped
with work :) Hope you like it.
