X10 Relay Switch for boiler

I'm having a new boiler fitted and they want to charge me a lot of
money for a programmable controller.

I'd rather have this fitted in to my home automation system.

They say they can fit an external switch with on/off so I could
automate that.

How do I go about using X10?

Apparently the current going through the switch will be 240 volt
(which seemed a bit odd) so I can't use the standard X10 relay unit,
any ideas on what unit to use?

Cheers

Steve
