Nebula TV-Card - Overay probs

I just got my card yesterday and fitted last night.  I'm getting the
"Cannot
Attach to hardware Display" message which apparently relates to an
overlay
problem.

I've tried all the things from the "DigiTV Help v3_12.doc" file
on the
Nebula site but to no avail.

My graphics card is relatively new - an Asus NVidia 5200FX 128 meg so I
shouldn't be having this overlay issue.

Anyone seen this, or have a link for forums?
